Dynasty Warriors 6

The much anticipated Dynasty Warriors 6 has been released in Asia. Soon it will be in North America (1st Quarter 2007).
There have been seven characters that have been cut. Cut meaning not in the game at all (Jiang Wei for example is not at Wu Zhang or the database in general). This likely means they'll come back in DW6XL, and there are also rumors of there being downloadable content so maybe that applies. Anyway here is the list. Jiang Wei (Shu) Xing Cai (Shu) Da Qiao (Wu) Pang De (Wei) Zuo Ci (Other) Meng Huo (Other) Zhu Rong (Other) There are far less stages compared to DW5 (19 in Dynasty Warriors 6), but that was to be expected considering it's a new system and new gameplay. Also, the stages are huge and more fleshed out in detail. There are no items in the game, but ability trees. It is similar to Final Fantasy X's Sphere Grid but you'll have several paths for each character to take. 17 characters have musou modes. The rest of the characters likely will have their musou modes released in downloadable content or through Dynasty Warriors 6 XL. Characters WITH Musou Mode (story mode) - Zhang Fei, Guan Yu, Zhao Yun, Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei, Xiahou Dun, Dian Wei, Sima Yi, Cao Cao, Zhang Liao, Sun Shangxiang, Zhou Yu, Lu Xun, Sun Jian, Gan Ning, Diao Chan and Lu Bu.
