DW6 Cao Cao

 Lord Cao Cao is ever the technician.  Typical ruler moveset but you can't argue with the speed / power balance.  His Renbu attack is a bit slower to begin but does solid damage throughout.  Not quite like the Vorpal Orb Cao Cao days but this ambitious warlord can hold his own.
