Are you able to make hex changes to your ROM to test out a fix?
It looks like trying to fix a problem where trying to open an empty chest freezes the game caused this side effect where some chests are broken. Here’s the fix – please try it out and let me know if can. If everything works as expected I’ll release a 3.07 release with this fix:
