CaoJay sent me the 0.1 version of his Destiny of an Emperor I Wu Mod. It’s on the ROM page, members only :huohu: Though he is moving faster in his progress since he is using Niahak’s Text Editor instead of WindHex.

Well I haven’t played it yet so I don’t have much idea other than what I’ve seen from your screenshots. However I should have some time tonight or tomorrow to play through Zhang Jiao’s part…. I will make my comments then.

hehe, is Sun Jing supposed to have 40972 soldiers at the start? Looks like Cheng Pu has that amount of soldiers as well. I don’t think our food will last supporting that many troops huohu Statistically though I think the characters are defined well, not an overly strong party despite the 40972 soldiers.
Cao Jay gives us the gold and food instead of Zhang Shi Ping :)
I like the avatars, but you should put some color in the backgrounds. All white reminds me of DoaE 2. Oh well wait, Cheng Pu has a red background. Nice.
Also change the . to a ? at the end of Huang Gai / Cheng Pu’s line.

Also I’m making it that you fight Yuan Shu and Ji Ling instead of Hua Xiong you have to save Sun Ce and then save zhou Yu to get them to join your party.
hehe.
I like Zhu Zhi a lot. Perfect statistics for him (change the avatar though maybe).
are you not supposed to be allowed to get Wu Jing? The guy just says good luck! and Wu Jing just says Hi I’m Wu Jing :) That’s kind of cool though we don’t need the party cluttered.
Zhang Bao says Yourarmy seems obsessed with death – must have deleted the space there or somethin.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingHah! I made the same error after testing my mod! (althoguh Jin Xuan started with "only" 20,020 troops…)
Great minds think alike Atma :D and I took out some characters I was fooling around with one of the events and somehow I got two Sun Jing’s and a Rebel Force it was kinda cool it’s like the Zheng Letter trick from DoaE II.
You must have tried to have one of the townspeople join or something.
I got pretty far :) I’m going to quit until the real version is out so I can test how difficult it is. Might want to improve the Yellow Turbans a bit just to make them difficult. And put someone neat in Han Zhong’s spot, like Dong Xi or somethin lol He’d make a good bandit-type

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingHaha… I remember having a ‘WTF’ moment when I saw your Cheng Pu screenshot at SoSZ.
I haven’t played through that way because I usually like to get a feel of balance. I guess I have to do that because I muck a lot with the game balance in my mods. I have, however, given my whole party Halberds on many occasions.
