Made a video to promote DoaE modding.

I admit, some of the stuff at the end is filler that I will replace with cooler stuff tomorrow. The final version will also be higher res.
LOL. That was actually VERY sweet, I like it intermixed with the video clips and the flips back to the game! I might make a slight suggestions…
If you're using movie maker
1. Create a white flash fade inbetween the in-game -> movie shots. It makes it seem more "dream like". The cut's just seem too harsh going form game -> movie -> back again. Give it a try.
2. Try a different music type. The music is neat, but cheapens it a bit. Try something maybe more… ethnic or more exciting.
The music is my favorite part! And I've already sync'd a lot of clips to the music. I don't want to change that. But I am going to add some reverb, compression, and coolness to the music today.
What about the clips? Are you cool with the clips I used for your mods? I was going to make the Sun Quan one better today (maybe have him actually using "Phoenix" or something). Or if you have a "Red Cliff" battle savestate that would be great.
I don't have save states for a lot of the mods which makes it tough to get good 'footage'.

The still shot of your Yuan Shao mod looks out of place. Use a moving one at that spot for those 3-4 seconds.

Should I switch any of the DoaE clips? Do you have save states of any ROMs besides your mods and mine? I need some of those. If you have some can you e-mail?
I really like the video. The Red Cliffs clips you chose were spot on.
Yeah, finishing the actual clip for another 2 seconds would be nice. I changed both the Fire and Water Tactics to a bigger flame and lightning.
The only one out of place was the "still" of the Yuan Shao mod at around 1:50, it just seemed 'jarring' at that point when mixed with the other video snippets. Fa Zheng one was fine.
I tried the Red Cliffs music, but sometimes I hate when people jack well known music and put them to videos. The music I used probably no one has heard of which is why I felt it went better than persay a "red cliffs" theme.
The problem I have with your current theme is instantly upon starting the video I don't think "Destiny of an Emperor", I think "Final Fantasy" which kind of turns me off.
I'm kind of an audiophile, so I can check my libraries if you're looking for something with more of a "dramatic" feel to it.
I can check for savestates, I might have a few.
I've got the perfect thing to try for other dramatic music but it might take a while to sync the clips :(

Okay, I didn't edit the whole thing, just 30 seconds up front with some fade to a different soundtrack from red cliffs, although I probably would go for something different. It seems to kind of "drag" towards the end so maybe something with a little more "kick".

The fade between your new text is too long also, but I do like how it points out the new highlights.
