If i remember correctly i was playing dynasty warriors4 and i wanted to find games for my computer since i had dail up i couldnt stay on long back then… but as i was getting a Fecu emu i notice a game called destiny of an emporor. i though it was something doing with egypt or something.. i started up and as soon as i saw the intro i fell in love because dynasty was the stuff back then but now it was all about destiny. i played it everyday trying to figure out where to go and when to go so i went looking i typed in the name and kongming showed up once i saw it i booked marked it. then i went to doe and saw this

In west Shuuuuu born and raised. on a battlefeild is where i spend most of my days.Battling killing all thoes fools when a couple of guys they where up to no good. started making trouble in my neighborhood. i got in 1 little duel and my mom got scared, and said ur moving with ur uncle and aunt to Wu Zhang Plains.I wistled for a carraige and when it came near he had on green with some dice in the rear.if anything i could say to this guy was where but i thought na forget it yo hommie to Wu Zhang.i pulled up to the castle about around 7 or 8 and i yelled to the carriage drive yo home smell ya later. look at my kingdom i was finally there. time to sit on my throne as the prince of Wu Zhang.
If I remember correctly, I was looking at a DOAE2 faq made by Lordyuanshu, saw the site link and thought: "Maybe I’d ought to check it out!"

I religiously use Gamefaqs, and Lordyuanshu happened to have the latest and best FAQ for DOAE2. A while later, when I was talking about how awesome the two DOAE games were on an NES forum called PlayTheNes, I met CCG, who told me that LordYuanShu had a wonderful forum. This was in April of 2007. Finally, in late December, I was getting REALLY into DOAE2 again, and was desperate to get those utimate weapons, so I joined the forum to get help. Now I feel like just another regular.
What!? Zhuge Liang controls even the heavens?
Yeah, me too, but it wasn’t about the ultimate weapons at first.

Great stories guys…especially that long one by Wei Yan. I remember those really early days in Winter 05 / Spring 06 with the extremely retro forum.
I’d bet most of our visitors are from KMA, Gamefaqs, and / or search engines.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingI found mine on The Scholars. Topic called ”Thank you yuanshu” or close to that. I clicked on it and led here. There was so many links here on the topic. After settling in, and understand Commie’s spam postage rampage, I understood how things went here. Nothing like other forums. I became somewhat active, but after the first two weeks ended, I was under the impression I shouldn’t be so uptight, and loosen up. So I did. And now I like to flame members/compliment them in various ways. It’s funny how this is a DoaE site/forum, and I haven’t touched mine yet, LOL! SoSZ was my way in.

i was simply searching for destiny of an emperor websites, bored at work. i found this bad boy, quick-style! i loved the special people section. that’s one thing that stood out when i first checked this site out.

I stumbled upon this site when looking for a guide to FFXII and I saw the name Yuan Shu,being the three kingdoms fan I am I clicked straight on it. I saw the games that had walkthroughs and I was suprised that most of the games are games I’ve played and loved over the years.So as eager as I was I became a member 4 months later.
