I've posted this on the SoSZ board, which I think most of you also frequent, but I thought I'd also post it here in case anyone missed it and may be interested in the proceedings.
I'm nearly done putting together a translated/interpreted menu/prompts guide of the Japanese only KOEI game, Suikoden Tendou 108 Sei, the sequel to Bandit Kings of Ancient China. Most of the effort has been documented at gamefaqs in the PSX version's board. There is a also a review I wrote up for it, on the site, as well, as 60+ screen shots of major events and main character profiles.
I'll update here when the guide is completed.

The game has drinking, stealing, murdering, summoning dragons, all that bandit-y stuff.
Edit: I thought I posted them, but the uploaded images are now somewhere else on the site? I'll figure it out.

I checked out the pics at gamefaqs, but english pics would be more fun!
Wouldn't they? I should be clearer that I have absolutely no hacking skills and am only making a translation guide. Though, if there was somebody with that knowledge and the time, I'd certainly team up with them (not holding my breath at all).
lol, link me to where the pics are and I'll get them on here. Sounds cool though, a strategy Suikoden + more true to the books. Keep up the good work.

You might want to just pull the best of them, as there are quite a few that are mostly text and will be used in conjunction with the guide.

I think I remember seeing a PC version of this one for sale in Japan several years ago, but it might've been just a re-skin of the first one. I should've gotten it when I picked up Legend of Cao Cao, but I don't think I was into Water Margin at that point.

As for changing our avatars, it's a little different (we don't change it on the forum). It is tied to your Gravatar (standard for WordPress). So go to http://www.gravatar.com and sign up with the email address you have with your account here, and then you can change your avatar. It will be changed for every WordPress / bbPress website you are on.

Actually, I just found out today that it's somewhat of a precursor to Nobunaga's Ambition: Iron Triangle; a game Koei released for the PS2 and PC (I think) which I should really play, as it looks amazing.
