Rescue at Lou Sang Village
“The peaceful village of Lou Sang draws many visitors with the magnificent sweeping branches of its mulberry trees. However, the arrival of the Yellow Turbans has driven Lou Sang to the bring of despair.
In the year 184 AD, three heroes converged on this once peaceful village, unaware of the violent fate that was about to bind their lives together...”
Strategy: Here you are, where the three oath brothers meet. Liu Bei is furious at the damage being done to his hometown, and Zhang Fei and Guan Yu are also in the area looking for an able man to lead them. Zhang Fei starts in the northeast, Guan Yu in the southwest, with Liu Bei in the southeast.
Liu Bei is near the village elder, so clear out his area of Zhang Man Chang and Yan Zheng. You’ll be thanked and then go on to meet Guan Yu just west of you. He is battling Gao Sheng and the advisor Bo Zhang; destroy these two and Guan Yu will have a few words for you.
Continue onward, heading northeast. Zhang Bao and Zhang Liang appear, sealing off your entrance to the north. Instead, kill Zhang Liang and Deng Mao (also in the area) and go to the northeast to meet the powerful Zhang Fei. Take out the two generals fighting him, Guan Hai and Cheng Yuanzhi, and then watch as Zhang Bao charges down the mountain to go after you. Careful, he is powered up and has a high defense. You should have the other two with you though so there is nothing to worry.
Once he is dead the wind passes and you can continue to Zhang Jiao. Again, you should have him swarmed, so just stay on him and be careful when he doubles his attack. Fortunately, his defense is much lower than Zhang Bao’s.
If you have Guan Yu or Zhang Fei, the board is more or less the same. You start off in your respective corners (NE for Zhang Fei, SW for Guan Yu) and will end of converging on the middle after defeating your starting area generals.
Do make a point of it to save Liu Bei and the village elder quick, as you can’t have them be in trouble. Oh, and watch out for the rock’s falling out of the air as you make you way to Zhang Jiao (note picture above).
