Original music is usually better for video games, but (especially on the earlier systems) there are some exceptions…
Yeah, I remember when people released those "redone" mids. FFL's Creator (the one you linked to) is indeed a hell of a lot better than the original. The soundtrack to that whole game feels sort of minimalistic.
But then, some really good stuff was done just a few years later on the system.
Too bad FFL3 was sort of crappy otherwise.
yea well if they had all of the DOE music in midi format i could change it up because the midi palace music makes my ears bleed.. im still messing around with it to try to make it where it doesnt sound like a new years day party in the Nanman territory yuk

lol if u wanna hear how it orig sound in midi form go to that website i linked earlierand tell me how bad it sounds.. im still learning this FLstudio thing i have i mean i can make beats and stuff (i made the soulja boy beat….. its so easy a caveman can do it idk how he got so much money off of a steeldrum and some hats..) but i just a while ago go into the midi thing linking certian parts of the song to certian instruments to see how it will fair all together i tried on ff7 songs like the shin ra theme i didnt do much but change the clap because the midi didnt have the clap in there.. but yea im still learning it but once i have messed around enough to show some ill let ya kno
