ParticipantMan, I’ve probably done everything in this game countless times, but when I got the GBA version, it managed to blow me away with all it’s fancy little additions, but I haven’t completed the game in years.
You have to remember, though; the very thing that makes you a nerd is that your enthusiasms are totally unrelatable and non-marketable to most of the world. For example, anime and celibacy. - Seanbaby

KeymasterI have it for GBA…what’s different? I haven’t played the other game they added onto it. I think I’m on like crystal 6 in the dark world…Just beat that Bo guy who is sensitive to light in the 5th dungeon, Kakariko Village.

ParticipantThere are a few small details, like, you can purchase bees and faeries at certain shops, and the Master Sword can cut through signs, which is probably the most fancy thing in the game.

KeymasterYea now that you mentioned it, I do remember some small things being added. It’s a damn good game but I gotta stick to the turn based games when I’m driving, it’s too hard to play Zelda and drive at the same time.

ParticipantYou play games and drive at the same time?

KeymasterSometimes, mostly FF4 and 5. It’s fun to level up and drive at the same time, it feels efficient.

ParticipantDo you just like move the characters around when you’re at a stop or something?

KeymasterNo I play the game while I drive. It’s not that hard to hit cruise control and keep the thing straight. :)

ParticipantThat sounds crazy, though, I tend to panic whenever I’m behind the wheel, so I can’t really drive myself.

KeymasterI borrowed my Super Nintendo copy of A Link To The Past to one of my brother’s buddies (who is like 35 hehe). In return I got Super Metroid which he says I absolutely have to play. Not sure why I haven’t actually I like the side scrollers and I played the first Metroid…

ParticipantSuper Metroid from SNES? One of the finest games ever known to man!
If so, I can’t believe you haven’t played it!
I play games sometimes while driving too. I did it all the time in Pokemon.
But you do have to be able to multitask well… I shudder to think what the roads would be like if the vast majority of people picked up that habit.

KeymasterYes I can’t believe it either. But I’m kind of glad I let some classics slip, I’ll get to enjoy them for the first time.
I agree, it’s hard to feel good supporting gaming while driving :D, but it’s not really a whole lot different than texting while driving (which can be dangerous too).

ParticipantWe live in a world where people can’t even manage to talk on the phone and pay attention to the road at the same time, let alone hold a conversation with other people in the car. And some of these same idiots apply makeup. At least when I’m playing a game I can hold it above the wheel and watch both the road and my game at the same time.
Then again, I’m not doing anything complicated in the game… usually wandering around beating the crap out of monsters for levels and monies.

KeymasterBetter than Zelda 64 OoT?
I might like Zelda 1 better too, but Zelda SNES is after that.
