Just wondering if anyone else here has the Game Baseball Mogul 2k9? It’s a pretty fun text based simulation game and I’m currently running the Chicago White Sox in an online league. Trying to get them better than .500 ball but shit there farm system sucks!!
Thinking of trading Swisher to Arizona for that nice young stud of a pitcher Micah Owings.

Wouldn’t do me much good anyway being an AL team.
Decided against the trade, every sim I ran had me finishing BETTER without him so I kept Swishy.
I haven’t but that sounds cool man. Especially playing with my favs, the Chi Sox. Their farm system is pretty crappy but they also spend a decent amount of money.
Swisher has a lot of power and great OBP :) So I can see how he is valuable. Owings has been a solid workhorse so far but I’m going to need to see a bit more sample size from him. Arizona is loaded though with Webb Haren Big Unit Owings and then the new guy they called up who had 4 innings 0 hits 0 runs 7 K’s….I think Scherzer is his name.

Myself I’m paralyzed for this year on doing anything what with Thome’s inflated deal, Konerko’s deal, Crede’s Deal, and the three monster deals that Chitown gave to Vazquez, Buerhle, and Contrares.
Anyway go to http://www.baseballmogul.com and try out the demo. It’s freaking fun single player or in an online league.
