I’m not so good with the locations, but I should be able to provide you with a few boss names. My Chinese is far from perfect, but I know the character names well enough.
1st Boss: Zhang Jue
2nd Boss: Yuan Shu
3rd Boss: Che Zhou
4th Boss: Lu Qian
And that’s about as far as I got.
Thanks for the update. Che Zhou and Lu Qian sound much better than "Assassin" and "Guard Captain". Any other translation errors you find in the guide, let me know and I’ll fix it.

Anyone got codes? That’ll speed up the process and allow me to get the names faster.
That game has the same avatars as on Romance of the Three Kingdoms 3, I noticed with Liu Bei Zhang Fei and Guan Yu there…and the same battle music as Final Fantasy 4, I think.
This is not an official game so to speak. It’s a pirate game made in China. They have tons of these games for the Sega Genesis because Sega didn’t crack down on pirating like Nintendo did.
Also, the picture CommieCatGirl posted in the first page has a picture of a boss with a sword. That guy is Zhang Liao.
Oh and I have no idea why threekingdoms.com translated Zhang Jiao to Zhang Jue, but it’s the same guy.
There’s the money glitch (spend all your money and then sleep at the inn to get max money). As for leveling, I don’t know any codes, although you might be able to speed the game up or something. I think that’s what Wei Yan did.
It’s pretty clear that this is a fan game, what with the borrowed avatars and boss music.
Thanks for the tip, I had him marked down as Xiahou Dun. All names in the guide have been changed.
I thought it was Koei that translated it as Zhang Jiao? I’m sure I’ve seen Zhang Jue in other places.
Oh, I got an idea, since I’m still very early in the game, why don’t you guys grab some screen shots with the general’s name and post them here for me to see. That way, you don’t have to wait for me to get there and still have the names quickly. I still haven’t gotten Zhao Yun yet.
Also, I could probably translate the items for you as well. I don’t know the equipments very well though. Besides, it’s not like there’s anything special about the equipment, just equip the ones that causes the numbers to go up. If you go to the inventory and point the cursor at the item, the description will show up. That way, I can probably explain a few of the items to you as well.
I’m not too familier with posting images, although Perhong can probably help you with that when he shows up. Item translations would be useful too, so I can update my shop lists. I’m pretty sure I have the functions right though, I tested each item in battle.
Getting Zhao Yun confused me at first since there was no indication that you have to enter the teleporters in a certain way. Maybe one of the villagers mentioned it (you have to talk to that one guy anyway).
Sorry if the guide becomes more basic near the end of Chapter 5, I reached the character limit for my post. I’ll probably change the second post into the rest of the guide. Right now though I’m working on my Legend of Cao Cao guide since it seems like an English guide for that game is in more demand.

Would you also like some help on that? I’ve beaten the game and found every single secret within the game. I know quite a bit about this game.
Also, taking screen shots is not hard at all. If you’re using the emulator Gens, just click on "graphics" and select the last option to take screen shot. Most emulators have the ability to take screen shots easily.
Even easier is holding down Shift and then hitting Backspace on Gens. Or that’s the configuration I have.

Terranigma Freak, I would like the help with the LoCC guide. Don’t tell me the secrets just yet as I’m still going through the game, but if you have any alternate strategies for certain battles, or you see translation errors in the guide, tell me and I’ll add them in. I’m pretty sure I have most of the people right since I found a site with pictures of the different people in the game. I don’t suppose you have a text dump or something?
Incidentally, I love Terranigma.

Sorry pal, no can do. I don’t have the time or the skills for something that big.
The exact dialogue is not a pressing issue at this time. Maybe if the fanbase gets bigger.
Have you started this again, Lord? You can add your own ideas to the walkthrough as you play if you want, just put it in bold or italics or something and I’ll integrate it somehow later.

Yeah I’ll get to it. I’m just so close to maxing out DW3 for XBOX that I can’t put it down…only a few more characters left….then I should have some time for DoaE 3
