I was playing through the Battle of Guan Du on DW5, Cao Cao's Forces, Hard Mode. You know where Yuan Shao says that their front line needs supplies and to open up Wu Chao? After he says that, the message apppears that Wu Chao supply depot has opened.
Here, if you look closely, I think it's "Wu Chaosupply depot" instead of "Wu Chao supply depot." They forgot to space it properly. I'm not 100% sure, maybe my eyes are weird, if anyone cares to check this please do. :D
I wouldn't be surprised. The older DW's had these issues too. I know for a fact Guan Du in DW3 for Yuan Shao's side had all kinds of crazy text problems (Yan Liang has been slaughtered by Guan Yu7!)

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingI frankly thought Guan Du was frustrating on Yuan Shao's side, now that I play everything on Hard mode only. Guan Yu is a killing machine just for the fact that he is himself, nothing else. He doesn't even give a single blow before killing Yan Liang and Wen Chou, and takes only two minutes to take over Wu Chao.
Anyway, back on topic, I think the most biggest mistake in spelling is Diao Chan, where they split her name in two parts, much like Xia Hou Dun from Destiny of an Emperor. It isn't much of a mistake, but it still gets on my nerves.
Well it's always been Diao Chan right?

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingI think they change the Cao thing in DW6 to T'sao Pi, which is more accurate. But I've always wondered, is the Chinese pronounciation "Sun" supposed to be "Soon" or "Suhn?"
EDIT: I'll also add that in the DW5 encyclopedia for the Three Kingdoms, YTR, page 6, it says that the Imperial Court sent Huangfu Song, Lu SU, and Zhu Jun. It's supposed to be Lu ZHI instead of Lu SU, an officer of Wu.
Hmm, good catch Link. I'm sure with how detailed those encyclopedia's are in DW that they're bound to have some mess-ups.
Zhu Jun and Huangfu Song are classics.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hacking..why does this remind me of the Dycedarg battle from FFT (which I must stress came out for the PSX and *ONLY* the PSX and definitely not the PSP)?
FFT was full of classic lines. The first two Suikoden's had some good ones too ("Returning from Dwarve's Village" – Kirkis).
Yea they 'fixed' the Dycedarg incident with the PSP translation. And then ruined the rest of the translation with their lame talk. It's good to fix errors but they change the whole scope of the game by changing the text (and in turn the character personalities).
You'd think by the time DW5 came along they wouldn't have typos but I guess they still come through..
