It’s my favorite DS RPG! Which doesn’t say much, but it is actually decently fun.
Lots of grinding, though. I’m a bit unhappy about that, but it is a pretty strategic (and tough) game.
I bought it a few months ago, but have yet to really delve into it. The parts I played were fun though. There’s a certain sort of asspie factor to it that I find pleasing all around.
It sounds really good to me, like, something you can twiddle your thumbs to when you’re on the bus or something.

To me it seemed like the kind of portable game that you’d mean to play for a few minutes at first, but end up getting fixated on for hours. Seems like a good game to play during Winter or something, if you get what I mean.

I wish I had a DS so I could play Etrian Odyssey 1 and the soon to be released 2.
