True, you could simply find and remove the removal event; I know I thought about figuring out which of the game's events is which.
You could also change which characters you start the game with.

You know, there's a solution to the low number of generals: 5th units. After all, why settle for facing Terian/Bryan/(blank)/(blank)/(blank) when you can be facing Terian/Bryan/Ogre/Spearmen/Fachan? Even for larger forces, you can use it to give the battles more variety.
