Thanks to James, armyant, Samuel, Zhang Lu, and the Lord for all their hard work on DOAE and DOAE2.
James, I assume you’re going to dump all this new info on Kongming?
Yeah, and fault for that lies in you guys. All this talk about Kongming?s Archives not being l33t enough when it comes to DoaE. Once I finish all of this I plan to compile all of it, dump it on Kongming?s Archives, and divide the Destiny of an Emperor page into multiple sections for the different Destiny of an Emperor games. After that, I?m probably going to vanish again and get back to real work. Besides, my wife will probably be ready to kick me off the internet at that point too?

I don?t think I?ll have enough time to really play through Destiny of an Emperor 3, considering the fact I plan to play through Destiny of an Emperor II once I am finished with the original. I?m sure there are plenty of people out there who would love to read it.

Unless you know Chinese, I’m guessing you’ll only find DOAE3 info here. If you do find some other info in English, let me know.

I’m learning Chinese so I’m gonna use DoaE3 as a tool to become more fluent in it. I’ll be sure to have my dictionary handy while playing. :)

That?s right. This is pretty much the only place where people are researching DoaE 3 in English. The only other information I have myself is some background information that would be worth sharing on the page.

I have some more information on when the two Destiny of an Emperor 3 games were released, along with some history behind them. It is somewhere on my computer (I collected bits and pieces over the years, always intending to expand the Destiny of an Emperor section). I really don?t have other useful gameplay information, though.

Do you know the DOAE3 Genesis release date offhand? It seems like it would fall between FF5 and FF6, but they have limit breaks too ala FF7.

haha yeah that real life stuff might be hitting lordyuanshu sometime, although I’m good at prioritizing video games over inconsequential stuff like school and social life.
As for that DoaE 3 Genesis release, I bet it was made after all the Genesis games were put out. Just my opinion; seems too advanced to be made in the mid-90’s.
