Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingYou want a SMRPG mod? Remove (or greatly weaken) timed hits and timed dodges! They make the game too easy.
Also certain items *coughLazyShellcough* need to be rebalanced.
Individual FP for everyone would be more sensible, but doing that would likely be a pain.
Maybe we can make Bowser's magic bad instead of absolutely worthless.
Speaking of Bowser, ______ Shell armor is mostly useless, as Work Pants are clearly better than everything except maybe his "ultimate" armor.
And finally, who says we should have to keep Mario in the party at all times?
all adjusted in my mod. Upped bowser defense and made magic def almost nil. Toadstool stats have been lowered as well as Genos power. New bosses, hidden bosses, item stats and tons more! Try it out for me Atma :)
Haha, good memories. Man, Bowser's magic did suck. Not close to Geno and his overpowered Geno Whirl, Geno Blast, Geno Flash, etc.
One cheap thing to do with the Lazy Shell is put it on Princess and she'll be invulnerable, albeit with a non-existent physical attack. Not that she isn't cheap enough with Group Hug. I almost never used Mallow later on.
Fun game, but not quite up there for me with the other 16-bit rpg gems (ffiv, ffvi, Crono, Shining Force's, Phantasy Star IV)
