Yeah, one of the generals later in the game drop it at random.

Cool. When I get there, I will load/reset until I know the damn thing is there!
I’d try the battles between Liu Zhang and Cao Pi, I’m pretty sure I got it around that time.

Are you talking about random encounters or castle battles?
If you could fight one of the generals from Cao Pi’s battle in a random fight in the area, you should be able to have them drop it (unless it’s Cao Pi that drops it).
You know what?s funny about random battles? When I go into battle it doesn?t matter how many times I reset?I get one specific item when I do get the item. This is interesting when you consider the fact I?ve received items from battles that contradict some of the few items reported by other gamers.
I guess I?ll figure out all the finer details one day.
