I think I’ve fufilled the 30 skills requirement…gonna have to check. I do know that my character is in its early 70’s, so we’re gonna have to conquer the land very soon. (very hard to do with Cao Cao controlling all of the northern and eastern cities, while I have the west and most of the south)
