Wow what a package this is. Very pumped for this, a bunch of the best Sega Genesis / Mega Drive games for the PS3 or Xbox360, with achievements no less.

Now just look at those RPG’s. Hell, even Streets of Rage, Golden Axe, Sonic, Dynamic Headdy, Gain Ground are some of my favorites. Very excited for this.
If I had to narrow it down to a few games on that list that I absolutely love, it’s probably Shining Force II Phantasy Star IV and Beyond Oasis. My favorite games on the entire system no less.
I would like to see them do something like this with Sega Saturn or Sega CD. Lots of brilliant RPG’s on these systems that need to be made available with all those Working Designs games not to mention Shining Force CD and Shining Force III. Maybe I am getting greedy, I will still enjoy that list above for just 30$

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingE-Swat. I remember renting that in like 1991 with my friend and we’d just joke about how stupid this game was. Also this makes me think of the old Sega Genesis, with the white reset button and the headphone jack and volume control. Google it if you haven’t seen it it’s hilarious.

The sad things are that (1) I’ll probably buy a PS3 one of these days and (2) I’ll probably buy the segapack too…
See, Playstation and Sega still rule the world. You cannot resist all of those classics.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingThis Sonic Sega Ultimate Pack comes out this Tuesday / Wednesday (February 10th I believe). I can’t wait, I’ll be buying this right away :)
All the Phantasy Star’s are in this set, that alone is worth 30$ to me.
One annoying thing is how to unlock some of the unlockable games. Like in order to unlock Phantasy Star I, I will need to buy a second controller so I can clear the first stage of Sonic 2 with two players.
From what I’ve heard the games are emulated properly and we won’t have the wonky music with the Sega Smashpack for Dreamcast.
