There is a spdshoes at the xialuo village below beiyuan citadel(guard by cao zhang). The spdshoes is at the left side of the green field.

The X is where the spdshoes is. Remeber inside the green field which is on the left side of the village.
The spdshoes add 20 to your agi
Indeed they do, I stumbled upon them myself. I might not have it on the online guide but it’s somewhere on the text one….I still haven’t found most of the final weapons either, by the way.
