Yeah I like to be cheesy when I play Suikoden’s and name the castle with one of the suggestions the characters give.
In that case, you should have named the Suiko 5 castle May Sigh Shimmering on the Pale Blue Water Castle (or however that name went). Or Mohawk Head Castle.

Nice guide though.
Tir is a stupid name, I’d never use that. And the difference between this guide and Suikoden III is that this will be done in three days, not three months.

Nice guide so far, you could name your castle "Wan" if you really want to keep up with the Yuan Shu tradition :P
Also, a bit off topic, any plans to update the DoaE2 page with the 64 generals trick that I’ve researched? I showed the trick to the people at Kongming.net, but their DoaE2 walkthrough hasn’t been updated in awhile.

Tai Ho said Dragon Castle so I named it Dragon Castle because I think it’s funny to name it something generic like that. And because Tai Ho is one of my favorite characters in the game.
Anyway, in regards to the 64 item trick….I haven’t made a page on it because I haven’t went through it like you have. I’d definitely be down for making a page with your work and with credit to you, but don’t know what to use. Is there a specific post I should copy? Let me know what you think.

They do. The original Suikoden has a lot of that stuff, guys that don’t formally join you but show up at your castle.
Another good thing about Suikoden 1.

Yes he’s way too good on that game from what I remember. And the tedious-ness that revolves around having to go all the way to Banner Village to get him and Gremio sucks also.
So you like Suikoden I more than 3 and Tactics? I assume you like 2 and 5 the best…

As far as the ones I like best, I’d say it’s 2>5=3>1>Tactics, although I really shouldn’t put Tactics in the list since the genre is different.
haha, you should have played 1 back in 1996. You’d have a much greater appreciation for it. 1, 2 and 5 are really splitting hairs for me, while 4 is by far the worst and 3 is not as good as 1/2/5 but much better than four…..
I think I’ll have this guide done in a bit, maybe I’d actually play four now…
