Unless DOAEditor changed how the duel taunts are read, mine would still be reading from the previous location of the banks.
DOAEditor follows the recipe in the first post of this topic exactly, AFAIK. See the code copy/pasted above.
In other words… user error!
Well, it's not user error. All I do is click 'Expand' Rom and click no for set up portrait and sprite banks and the dueling totally borks the rom ATM. Will email MiDKnighT the rom so he can figure out where its going wrong.

I definitely moved the duel text locations. They are reading from bank 0A instead of 03. As to why it messed up, ya a save state + ROM would help me figure out why.
It looks like the new text banks weren't set up on page 0F. Niahak is DoaEditor doing this yet on expansion? The duel code is now pointing to the new text banks.

Just copy 0x3C010-0x4000F from this ROM over the same location in your ROM and that should fix it. Note that it will revert back to the original duel text. You won't be able to edit it in DoaEditor until it supports editing banks 0A and 0B.
