Gods? What gods? All I see is my army!
As you can see, I’ve cheated, but I beat the gods at Luo castle :D
Also, nothing significant happens after beating them. You can fight them again. Try to fight them for real, and you’ll get whipped badly.

ParticipantHmm… those number’s… aren’t real are they? You used some kind of trick, to win, right, zhang Lu?

ParticipantYes. This time I cheated. I just wanted to see if anything significant happens after beating them.
I did the same at Cheng Du, when the old man turned into Jiang Wei.

ParticipantWho are those god characters? I tried fighting them and got owned. Maybe one of the local easterners can tell us.

ParticipantIn Fu Shui (ie. Lu Castle in the original), Wei troops talk to a soldier outside two houses at the northeast corner. In Cheng Du (Luo Yang in the original), they talk to an old man in the western part of the castle.
Anyway, you do not need to cheat against these two secret bosses. I have defeated them without cheating. I have taken some screen shots as evidence but how can I post them? It appears that I can insert images only if they are on the web.

ParticipantThanks Yang Song, but I do not want to open a new account on a new web photo site.
Let me put a link to my screen shot album, including my victory against the two secret bosses:

ParticipantOuch… even with cheating they seem next to invincible…

ParticipantYou can beat them without cheating. We must raise our levels to maximum (ie. 99). In these two battles, we have to use an array. I want you to find out which array is the right one for these two battles. I talked about it extensively in my guide.
We should send highly intelligent generals to these two battles. This strategy minimizes enemy’s success in tactics. Do not put a Xu Zhu or Dian Wei. Enemies easily kill them with An Sha.

ParticipantI see… I always wondered why they never made another similar type of game to DoE, except these mods… and only in Chinese as well (or is it Japanese?) As for me I’m still playing normal DoE 2, once I beat that I’ll probably head to the Wu and Wei mods.

Six screenshots for your consideration. What battle is this, and who are the 5 generals I’m fighting?

ParticipantI think I know who the last guy is. He’s a hero from the Song Dynasty if I’m correct. He was targeically killed by the corrupt officials though. The man’s basically another Jian Wei/Deng Ai. He fought the Jin invaders and nearly driven them out of the country until he was forced to return by the corrupt bastards. I’ll see if I can dig up more info for you guys to read. What I have is in Chinese so it’s kinda pointless. Plus, I have to confirm he is who I’m talking about.
I’m guessing the other 4 are also well known heroes throughout Chinese history. They definitely aren’t from ROTK, though.
*Edit* Ok, I found it, he is indeed Yue Fei.

You can read about him here. He is very much a hero, and the stats they gave him don’t do him justice. His intelligence is way too low. In case you’re wondering, he’s been in 126 battles and have won them all.
