Yeah, The one I go to is a hole in the wall with like 2 dudes working most times tops, So they dont bother me.
I’ve found a couple other stores recently since I moved and I have no real reason to go to Gamestop now.
I found a Play N Trade (maybe a midwest thing – I found 2 in my area alone, both by chance, in the past few months) and a Game Xchange (*ton* of old games, racks of NES and SNES). Both seem nicer (or at least, more genuine) than Gamestop, and no gamer-card or magazine sales stuff :)
Some Gamestops are good, some are bad, though. Most of the ones I’ve been to have been decent, but I’ve heard a few stories about the bad ones.
Here where i live, we have all kinds of stuff, in south county about 10 mins from my house, there’s 2 ebgames, 3 gamestops, a best buy, a game exchange, a game crazy, a slackers, and a circuit city all with in about 5 miles and 10 stoplights. plus two walmarts, akmart a target sams and costco, so I have games pretty much when ever.
impressive. We’re getting a Costco by us I don’t know whether to have their membership or continue Sam’s Club. I save so much damn money there buying bulk.

They’re pretty comparable, but I love Costco.
And at least you won’t be supporting the blight on society that is Wal*mart.
Its called south county it also has walgreens and at least 2 gas station and every type of restaurant imaginable every mile or so

hehe this is true. Walmart is pretty cheesy. Depends, basically I need the 5 pound Dole frozen fruit bag for my fruit smoothies that I make a few times a day and it needs to be 8.50$ or less and then maybe I’d consider Costco. Also they have a gallon of milk for like 2.40$ :) I’m sure Costco is similar though and I think they let you look through the store beforehand so I think at the end of the year when our Sam’s Club membership expires we might try to get a run-through of the new Costco nearby to see if they have the shit we want.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingWal*Mart may be evil, but they have a better game selection then Zellers and my town’s Blockbuster, though maybe the Independant grocer across the street will have some decent games too (they have an electronic department with better selections then Zellers gamewise).
So Zellers is your local game store but the Walmart and grocery store have better games than they do?! Only in Canada….

Basically lesson here is that Walmart has a monopoly on everything even in Greater Canada
