OK SO I am trying to put an officer list together, I had to steal some from the romance games but how about this. A little help would be great, fallout I am looking to you for some teamwork here, but anything else would be welcome.

You could make them all gain soldiers at level up, so that it’s not as much of a detriment that some of Yuan Shao’s officers kinda’ stink.

That’s a basic idea of what I think stats should be for those characters. You can use these, tweak’em, do whatever :)

They see me throwin' fireballs out of my sword, they runnin'.Very Nice, actually quite close to what I had kinda figured for most, I think I will use that, now what kind of stuff should I switch up? aside from liu bei and crew.
aww, man! i don’t wanna lose yan liang and wen chou! can’t they be replaced by some other ruler and we can still pick them up after shu? we could give them a stat. boost as well…
Throw an idea out there. It’s tough with some of these kingdoms because the game was built around the way Liu bei’s officers were set up.
Maybe Yuan Shu can be the final boss. You know, greed and ambition corrupts him and makes him usurp a large portion of Yuan Shao’s empire.
Of course, I would feel bad to kill Lord Yuan Shu, epecially as the final boss.
how’s about liu bei and liu zhang up north; wu in the shu area, cao cao in the wei area, and cao pi in the wei area. there is definately enough officers in the wei area to go around…
I was thinking it would be cool to put gongsun zan up north in yuan shao’s place. since he took him on eventually to unite the north. However I don’t know where to put Yuan Shu, it doesn’t like he should be where he is.

Area 3 – The Post-Dong Zhuo Carnage (Yang Feng, Li Jue, Zhang Xiu)
Area 4 – Free For All, Led by Gongsun Zan? (You could make Yuan Shu one of the officers, and he can join his brother after a random encounter) :P
Area 5 – The Four Governors of Jingzhou
Area 6 – Liu Bei & Shu
Area 7 – Sun Quan & Wu
Area 8/9 – Wei

what about huo hu? Since Shen Pei takes his place, you should make a side quest where you battle huo hu later and then he joins you or something.
