Can you explain this for me? I truly don't understand the phrase "Tactic appears in this "slot" and have no idea which numbers represent for which tactics

Yea, I know all the dialogs are inside text editor but knowing that doesn't mean I will get to know all the dialogs are inside a hex editor.

Yes I see that, but I'm not sure that I know those codes represent those items, the box on the right side didn't reveal item names, then how could you know that you're looking for the right entries? What syntax did you use to search those values?
