Late on this… but I liked this game a lot.
Most involved non-mmorpg that I have played.
I kinda gave up on it when I started fighting Yazmat. I mean… You can only take so much when you’re level 81 fighting this thing… soo many hp.
I got him down to 4 bars & it took me forever to get him there…
I got bored w/ the game & never finished Yazmat or Omega, I beat everyone else, though.
On all the forums I visited, you either find people who love or hate this game. They say no plot, storyline, blah blah blah… just play the game! :D
Yeah you can tell I just gave up at a certain point with the hunts on my walkthrough – you definitely got farther than I. Generally I can crunch through the leveling up but I just got tired of it on this, and some of those tougher hunt battles are so damn long and grueling. I did enjoy most of it until then though.

there seem to be no walkthroughs for cerobi steppe and the windmill
puzzle to get to the center of the lake. can someone help me here please?

Anyone got any ideas about this? It’s been too long since I played and honestly I’m not sure what she’s talking about. Is that the place where you have to summon Belial (sp?) to open the gate?

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingDon’t know about a lake, but there is a screen on Cerobi Steppe that has a bunch of windmills with on/off switches as part of a puzzle or something. According to a Gamefaqs guide, once you find the Yellow Bottle from the fishing minigame, then you go to this area and turn #1, 2, 5, 7, and 9 ON and the other ones OFF to solve the puzzle.
Yep, that’s what she needs, or at least it sounds like it. I’ll email her back later tonight when I get back.

I just got my copy of the game back, and I am at the part of the game where you are at that lighthouse/tower place, and according to the walkthorugh I use when I get stuck, the person who wrote it was at the +70 level, where I am at 49/50. Somehow I feel that my mastering of the quickenings is the only reason I have gotten so far against the bosses.
Yea a lot of those guide writers over leveled throughout so it’s kind of hard to relate to where they are if you don’t do the same
