Can’t you put XP into a special mode that allows you to play DOS games?

There is the command prompt, which look like a dos screen, not sure if it really work s though. I’ve haven’t had to use dos in many years, I don’t even remember the commands.
I can play Nethack in DOS mode, but that’s it. I don’t even have it on my new computer though, good thing I just thought of it now.

Looks like the problem is indeed the OS. Sadly, I’ll have to wait for a new PC so until then, no ROTK 11 for me either. It’s just a decoration on my desk now.

I don’t really know what specifically makes it so bad, but for whatever reason it is the worst OS ever created. It’s slow, it crashes, it’s hard to operate.
I am pretty sure the only reason they made it was to sell more computers before Y2K, people thought it would get them through the millenium.

Hmm, I’m not sure you can blame ME for that. The "Blue Screen Of Death" happens when your programs aren’t functioning properly. Stuff like this can happen because your computer might have a virus.
It was actually due to the disc being damaged, whenever I tried to hear the sounds for a Protoss Observer, it would say the file didn’t exist. Now my Starcraft discs are completly ruined and I no longer have these problems.
