The website toiled away for some years on a slow server in Panama while I tended to business and my growing family. Hey, I had to neglect something…
But it is with great honor to present to thee the new Lordyuanshu.com for the year 2020 and beyond. It is still a work in progress cleaning up the site but we are on secure grounds for the first time since the early 2010’s.
I would be remiss to not give credit and thanks to my good friend Junsuijin who used his many talents to help bring LYS back to life. We have shared many good times together and worked on countless web projects, and throughout the years without his support LYS would have faltered.
October 2020 will mark 15 years for Lordyuanshu.com. Thank you to all of those who have contributed over the years from the very first recruits (Wei Yan, thechieftain & fallout) to those that have carried the DoaE name to new heights (sonic.penguin, MiDKnighT, Niahak, Ludmeister, James, and the rest of the crew).

Good to see you my lord. Hope you still doing well.I remember with clarity the very first day I posted on this board asking for help on something quite stupid, and to make matters worse I didn’t even know how to speak English in a proper manner.
But you guys helped by supplying me with very detailed answers back then. It was all a precious memory to me and I will cherish those unforgettable moments for all eternity.
Some of the crew we would probaby never see them again.
But I know they’re still out there being loyal Huo Hu supporters for as long as they can breathe.
I do hope our paths will cross again someday.

Zhuge, sometimes I go through the old threads to see the funny conversations we once had in our young days. Your English was in a development stage maybe but your excitement for DoaE was clear. Plus, you found the ZengZong Saber in DoaE2 which earned you infinite DoaE cred. I am proud to have this awesome DoaE setup that brought people together from all over the world to celebrate and enjoy DoaE. You are right that many who have come before may not be back but I would bet some days they think of lordyuanshu.com and DoaE and it brings them a smile or laugh.

You like the new site? Looks a bit different than when you were last here four years ago (although if you’ve been lurking you’ve likely noticed the change earlier).
Things are good with me; busy with work and family as I have been for the last several years. Haven’t been affected by Covid too much thankfully. Haven’t been doing much on this site but glad to have it improved earlier in 202. Miss the days when the forum was hopping and there was DoaE action left and right. I still need to make time to go through some of the newer DoaE mods like the Boneduke one as well as Penguin/MiDKnighT ones from 5+ years back.

I love the look; actually came back hunting for some DoaE stuff I missed over the years, but it looked like a lot of the mod links on the LYS main page were moved or too old to work. :( Got my hands on the Boneduke Wei mod and was playing through some of it. Good to see you’re healthy and safe though
Well sir Yuan Shu, basically japanese/chinese modders were in full spirits making lots of curious mods, some i was only able to find thanks to Neo on facebook, i even found a mod based in the anime “Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni”…Yeah they made a DoaE2 mod about it…and i found a DOAE2 mod that basically is a “sequel to the original doae 2” where you fight Jin armies and other invaders

- Princess Cao Zhang, daughter of Cao CaoI think they are making DoaE1 and 2 mods UNTIL TODAY, there is a YouTube channel named Toutousama sharing videos of these mods, i found lots of info there…specially a chinese Wei mod of DoaE2 where they added new sprites, attack animations, cutscenes, weapons and much more…asians are really fast in DoaE modding, i can send some screenshots of the mods if any of you wish

Lu Bu with the DoaE 1 sprite, cool new avatar too. Looks like everyone’s stats are maxed at 255 pretty much. I remember years ago when the forum started, back in like 2006, and a fellow named Samuel on this forum posted about all the DoaE 2 hacks out there. Keep in mind this was years before we ever got into hacking DoaE with the DoaE Editor.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingI have some neat mods i found thanks to Neo and Toutousama! would you like to test some of them, Lord Yuan Shu? I can send via e-mail if you wish since the Higurashi anime mod is very hard to find and the “DoaE2 sequel” is pretty hard too, i have all mods patched here ^^ just warn me and i will send them…they are in japanese however sadly ?
