Assuming there isn?t another level in the game where you are stuck without the ability to learn a tactic. I suspect that, from this point on, you will have someone in your party who is able to learn any given tactic on any given level (as you only swap out Xu Zhe for Zhuge Liang, and with Zhuge Liang you can also get Pang Tong) so that would probably mean that 155 is all but a sure thing.
With Zhuge Liang before level 17, and Pang Tong now in my party, it should be possible to get a MTP of 155 now (which means that is probably the highest possible value for the game. I just have one question for anyone who happens to have the chance (I wasn?t thinking to check at first). Do you know if Xu Zhe can learn Ji Rou?
Edit: After some thought, I have to side with lordyuanshu?s interpretation of the tactic system. I agree it seems that an officer?s ability to learn a tactic is linked directly to their intelligence. Rather than there being ?classes? of sorts, as I mentioned before, I think there are just certain tactics that, if learned, take priority over newer tactics that would normally have replaced them. This would explain why Zhuge Liang cannot learn An Sha, for example.
Ma Liang (int. 211) learns Ji Rou, which, if the above is accurate, means Xu Zhe would have learned it too.

What tactician do you get early in the game with 220+ INT that will learn Fu Bing?
If ya really want 160 TP, might I suggest not letting Liu Bei go until you learn Fu Bing?
Hello Connr. Learning Fu Bing with Liu Bei is probably the only way to do it…but I pity whoever has to build up levels for that long. Definitely use the speedup button for that.

Well, unless you are playing a very difficult challenge.
Anyone with any familiarity in the game can manage with whatever MTP it gives you.
But it does matter. For old-school folk such as Lord Yuan Shu and me, it is important indeed! For there are still secrets in Destiny of an Emperor that have not yet been unlocked. Well? not many.

Aside from my own forum, this is perhaps the only other place on the whole internet where I?ve posted with any sort of regularity. For a while there, I was posting here every day. Still one of my favorite sites on the ?net!
I am old school dood, I’ve been playing every RPG i can get my hands on since I was 8. I still remember when I first rented this game from Schnucks back in the day and was like "who are these people with names I can’t pronounce" It’s cool though, I am not really a magic guy, no matter what the game, Every game to me is like a no magic quest, Except heal spells you gotta have those. I knew the lord was special, and now we all are.

Never really played through without tactics. I?ve always loved An Sha far too much. I did manage to kill Sima Yi in the final battle with an all-out once, though (much younger, I lost playing fair, and in frustration restarted and went all-out?imagine my surprise).

Haha I apologize for the greetings my subordinates gave you, you deserve better. Zzouzeizeski hasn’t been nice lately.
Xian Zhu Xuande is right though, total TP does matter for the low level quests, if you guys actually read the earlier posts we made.
