Dong Zhuo was supposed to be very powerful, as mentioned above. When Cao Cao tried to assassinate him and Dong Zhuo woke up, Cao Cao knew he wouln’t be able to kill him before Lu Bu reached him from behind. Considering Dong Zhuo was lying down at the time, that says something. I will agree that Meng Huo’s war should be higher, though, since being really strong was his only real trait as a Nanman.
About Zhang He, it seems like in most depictions of him, he’s a burly guy with a lot of facial hair. Quite a change from his Dynasty Warriors apperance.
no dude. that was fan chou who beat ma teng and han sui. he was serving li jue and guo si, once dong zhuo was dead, and he followed an advice of jia xu and beat ma teng’s and han sui’s armies. he let han sui go since he was an old friend of his, which lead to his execution for "treason". as for driving lu bu off his estate…lu bu wasnt armed. dong zhuo picked up lu bu’s haliberd. what can lu bu do? he cant fight with his bare hands. if dong zhuo used a knife maybe he coulda kicked his ass then. but his own haliberd against him? no sir. so it wasnt fair. and besides, it lead to dong zhuo’s execution. the dumbass, Li Su attacks him, and he asks, "Where is lu bu?", lu bu comes and beheads dong zhuo.
Yeah, my sister liked to play him in Dynasty Warriors (Zhang He) then she was really disappointed when she was playing Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Dong Zhou gets chics so Lu Bu didn’t want to incite his pimpness or he would have made him his bitch.
how is that saying something for dong zhuo? u just said that if lu bu wasnt there dong zhuo would be toast. and was he lying down? i dont recall that. what i remember is that dong zhuo was awake and standing, however he saw cao cao holding the sword in a threatning from the reflection of the mirror. but still if lu bu wasnt there, cao cao coulda stabbed him and gotten away. true he was a powerful man, but not that powerful. he didnt deserve 90. cao cao too is overrated in war strength too. 91 is too much. some other people complained about ma teng having 95, but he would make sense as he did participate in the fighting a lot and was strong. cao cao rarely did.
I think Cao Cao’s WAR should be slighty lower then Liu Bei’s.

I would agree with that, since Cao Cao is usually the best officer in any of the games. His war needs to be lower to compensate for his other high stats.
Notice you never heard bout Cao Cao fighting anybody. In the earlier games I understand his War being high since he was a good leader, but since they incorporated leadership as one on the stats I think his war should be in the lower 70’s, Maybe a bit lower.
Quit hating on Cao Cao. Just because he never crossed blades with someone doesn’t mean he sucks at fighting. He just had people loyal enough to always fight for him.
And I oppose the idea that Liu Chan was good at anything other than being gullible.
