Keymasterlol, the may and especially april months are screwed up because of the Suikoden V stuff. The months before that (we erased that data unfortunately) were lower than they are now….so it’s still better than it was, but not quite at the peak it reached when we were getting 1000’s of uniques a day looking for Suiko V material…

KeymasterSo over the last month, about 40 percent of our outgoing traffic has come from http://www.jgames.net …
thanks to whoever signed us up for that…
So Wikipedia and this JGames place make up about 60 percent of our total traffic

ParticipantSo, Lord, have we received many hits from LoCC searches yet?
August 17, 2006 at 4:48 am #18056Lord Yuan Shu
KeymasterWell our LoCC HTML’s haven’t been indexed in the search engines yet, but once they are we should start getting traffic from search queries as I doubt there are many other places to find this information….just depends on how popular it is.
I looked for it at Wikipedia but it wasn’t there (maybe it’s in there under a different name / different language?). Wikipedia usually provides pretty good traffic for all the other games we have linked back here (Lunar, Suikodens, DoaE’s, etc.). Any other place you would think to link to here? Kongming seems like a logical choice, not sure if he actually has an LoCC page himself…hmm..
Anyway LoCC is actually pretty high for traffic since it’s been up, mostly cause of us going through it though, since no one has had a way of finding this site for that info yet as I stated above. I’ll keep an eye on it and hopefully it gets picked up in the engines soon, but finding a credible place that would bring good traffic (ie Wikipedia, Kongming, etc) to link back to the LoCC main page would make it get indexed really fast. However adding the LoCC button helped already as we’ve had a lot more random clicks to LoCC.html with that there already in the last 8 hours or so…

ParticipantWikipedia doesn’t seem to have any info on the Legends of … games, nor does Kongming. James can probably add a section once I finish, we can send him the draft and maybe he’ll get it up and running along with the DOAE3 section(s).
Maybe someone on Kongming can put a link on the Chinese Wikipedia?
August 17, 2006 at 5:00 am #18058Lord Yuan Shu
KeymasterYeah if we could just get one quality link to http://www.lordyuanshu.com/LoCC.html that’d get it set…a Chinese game site is probably the best way, but I don’t know of a way to get a hold of those people, or where to look for that matter.

ParticipantThis Chinese forum is the expert on CCZ modding: http://www.xycq.net/forum/
Found this on Kongming. Maybe we could get someone to send a link there? Of course it’s probably nowhere near complete enough for people who know the game inside out, but they can probably spread it around or something.

ParticipantIt shows what searches the site get hits from, and how many of those hits.
From that chart, the site got most of it’s hits from the suikox webring, and much less from random Suikoden searches.
