ParticipantI’m not well versed in the Japanese one myself, but Commie put in some useful info in a thread and you can ask him any questions yourself whenever he comes on.

ParticipantI am gonna try this. Wish me luck, as I’m about to fight Zhang Liang and his two rebel forces.
EDIT: Just beat him, with surprising ease, and sadly, I gained a level. :P
Also, I want someone to confirm this. I can’t go in those houses and hire Chen Deng or Mi Zhe (Zhu), right? (I didn’t yet, but will if it’s legal)

ParticipantGO GO Zhang Lu!

ParticipantOh boy…fighting Zhang Bao and Cheng Yuanzhi. At least I’ll have a bit of Lian Huo to help out with this one :P
EDIT: Won again, but exhausted my entire supply of Elixir A. Also gained another level…
Gonna head over to Tie Men Xia and fight Zhang Jiao now. Hopefully we won’t get blasted like I expect to. I’ll post my first screenshots after I eliminate the Yellow Scarves (Turbans) once and for all.

ParticipantI think you can hire people as long as it’s not in battle (except Han Zhong).

KeymasterYes, hire away Zhang Lu. Just don’t fight random battles. Once you defeat Tie Men Xia though, you can recruit Han Zhong.

ParticipantJust beat Zhang Jao the first time…barely. The b*stard defeated Guan Yu.
Now I have Han Zhong, and since it’s legal, added Mi Zhe (Zhu) to the group. Now taking the easier route and attacking from behind against the three Zhang bros.

ParticipantGood job.
Wow, I didn’t know Han Zhong was so…well-endowed.

ParticipantDefeated Hua Xiong. Exhausted all my TP, but it was worth it to win with relative ease. Let Yang Jin join me. I’ll take the strength upgrade over Mi Zhu.
Oh noes…Lu Bu time. I’m gonna get slaughtered millions of times :P

ParticipantYou?re playing the challenge?
Good luck! The fun really starts when you get to Yuan Shao?s land. :)

KeymasterWhy are you looking at Han Zhong like that? His strength is 80 and his intelligence 30; just leave him alone.
Best of luck to you Zhang Lu.
I’ve decided to go through it again on the low-level thing, but on the doaej version. Or doae in moontalk as Commie would say.

ParticipantI think you’re just stalling for time. Seeing Yuan Shu say "Prepare to die!" in moontalk can’t be that wonderful.

KeymasterStalling for what? I want to see this super rebel force thing too.

Don’t need to know Japanese who that is.[/img]

ParticipantPrepare to fight Li Jue.
Yeah, that’s where I am now. Have only died twice so far (both against Zhang Jiao and his brothers)
Li Jue and 3 Rebel Forces…should be a piece of cake :P
ZL Edit again: Yep. Piece of cake :P
