ModeratorOK I had introduced a couple of bugs into the AGI code when I moved it. I found them and fixed it. It's much tamer now. I also addressed the duel text thing.

Patch 1 is supposed to introduce the duel text but I had the values in patch 2 like the original ROM. So patch 2 was changing the pointers back to the original ROM and was looking at the wrong text. The solution was to make the pointers in patch 2 match patch 1 so that patch 2 didn't change the pointers.

ModeratorAdded a cool little effect for the "Charge" tactic where the one casting it runs across the screen to deliver their blow:

Now that I have those subroutines there. I can have the sprites run around all over the place. But it only makes sense for "Duel" and "Charge" I suppose.

ModeratorDoes the no fail tactic list include ALL tactics now? I've had so many patches applied while trying to get that duel text to work, mustve changed my no fail fix on charge.

ModeratorYes I found that bug today and I've found a couple more minor bugs while play testing YS mod with all the changes.
Let me re-make IPS patch 1.2 patch 2 and you can just apply that. I've been putting the fixes into that. Patch 2 won't overwrite your custom lists (no kill list, etc…)

If you've already applied patch 1 before then you only need to apply patch 2.
Patch 2 won't touch your lists or the duel text.
