I don’t think anything official. "Garfgarog" was apparently the result of a post on Gamefaqs about Gafgarion where part of it was "…cuz he’s gafrgarog." It seems to have caught on around there.

I think I’m like the only person who really liked Algus. He has some of the best lines such as "Get upset, it’s all you can do"

The translation looks gross, I prefer the earlier unintelligible version.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingPrett far, I am about to go back and fight my brothers in the last chapter. I like the game, the translation leaves a littlebit to be desired but no worse or better than the original, Just easier to actually find nowadays. I just wish they would’ve let the onion knight equip skills
Well, I just got this the other day, and while not very far in it story-wise, I have clocked +13 hours in it, thought it is more like 10 or so as I used it to kill time waiting for my turn in Civ4 one day during an online game.
I have both versions of this game and much prefer the PSone version over the PSP. I don’t like the new translation at all and the overall flow of the game seems slower to me.
Yea I think they could have ported it better. Also I don’t like how they’ve redone the translations in their FF ports recently, in that game and FFIV FFV advance, and I’m sure plenty of others that I haven’t played are like that too. Kind of ruins it and even though it was indecipherable at times in the older games it wasn’t broken enough to completely remodel imo.
