Yeah, I’m thinking of making a bow item, but that would probably ruin Huang Zhong (or whatever) but, I think I’ll have skills and statuses similiar to things like Rally in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and have tactician officers do things like Lian Huo.

Will characters use different weapons? Like Zhang Fei using spears, and other guys using swords or Bows and stuff?
I’m thinking of that. But, I also want to make bows a special item that anyone can use to attack (like Liu Bei kills Deng Mao with a bow) but, that might ruin Huang Zhong. Wait, I just said that.

Yeah I would guess anybody could use a bow, but maybe Huang Zhong and Xiahou Yuan could get some extra bonus on theirs or something. If you are getting that indepth with programming.

You should make them buy bolts for it, though, if it’s going to be a prevelent item.
That would be pretty difficulty to do though… wait. I could make a bow (or crossbow item) that would be dependent on arrows to use, but not an equipable weapon.

Well, however you resolve that issue should work out. Maybe Huang Zhong and Xiahou Yuan can have special bows?
