I don’t know about ROTK-type games, but there’s a Strategy RPG Maker or something, which you can use to make Fire Emblem type games. The only version I saw was ’95 technology, though. There might be a newer one if you care to look.

he didnt post it on the internet…he showed it to me when he brought the laptop for the science fair. hes really good with flash. however he lives far away from me. he didnt make the wars yet, he is working on them. he says he wants to make the wars in a way that the AI controls the characters, u know like if a generals army is well equipped or not. also he still has to add the conversations.

I’m too lazy to play through this again, so I just looked at the data in RPG Maker XP. I can definately see more DOAE elements, like the guys in Texfags and attacking the Anime Galaxies. Does the demo just end after Jigen is defeated by Zzouzeizeski?
Yes, it was all done rather quickly though, that entire DnS thing was about an hour of work.
