Also, you can get Nu Long wicked early in the game from a random fight with Pang De.

Think guys….

What tactician do you get early in the game with 220+ INT that will learn Fu Bing?

If ya really want 160 TP, might I suggest not letting Liu Bei go until you learn Fu Bing?
