ParticipantI usually don’t do rushes, since I haven’t collected all the waypoints. I do have most of the important ones.
My account name is TheBloodMage. Go ahead and add it, and the next time I’m in the game, I’ll add you :P

ParticipantI still do play online, Niahak. I have a pair of characters right now.
Necromancer – Level 39 (Completed Normal)
Paladin – Level 19 (Currently on Chapter 3)

ParticipantFor me, the best ROTK ever would take the duels from 10 and 11, the debating from 11, the councils from 6, the gameplay of 10, 20-30 full scenarios, and maybe a create-a-scenario thing ;)

ParticipantYeah, we do use the LOD expansion pack.

ParticipantI have not done that yet. :P
Maybe it is.

ParticipantShadow of Rome.
The fighting is quite bloody, IMO. Also fun, it’s the puzzle parts that raped me inside and out.

ParticipantI forget the code offhand, but I know there is a code that will let you walk on ANY type of terrain.
That’s what I was talking about the code that would let you skip the Iron Ore. You can still find the swords in their normal places anyway, so the Iron Ore is a big waste of time ;)

ParticipantYou CAN play around these game-stopping issues if you just go to the next boss. Use a Game Genie code to walk on water/mountains and just go fight the next person in line, which in the Iron Ore’s case…would be the next Shu castle, OR the first battle in Wu…the battle before you fight Zhou Yu :P
Sometimes a little cheating can save your game ;)

ParticipantEven with no code to stop random encounters, the encounters are actually less likely than they were in DoaE1.

ParticipantI was referring to the original Aerobiz in that one, but yeah…I only do Tehran to NY when I play as New York just to fill the requirement of going to every region.
I usually go New York to Auckland in the 4th scenario. 8,870 miles of massive profit in the right situation :)

ParticipantTehran got pwned in the second scenario. It was impossible to turn a profit with them until the Gulf War was over…and until you’ve gone out of business with like one route…in which the game gave you the profit machine that is Tehran to New York <_<

ParticipantYes. It was quite rare, IIRC. My original copies of Aerobiz and Aerobiz: Supersonic combined to cost me around $110 back in the day :P

ParticipantIn all seriousness, that game was pretty good. I still play it on occasion, using some of the lower-rung cities. Too bad you can’t play as one of the minor cities. I used to enjoy playing as Nairobi, Rio de Janeiro, and Lagos in the first one.

ParticipantI detested this game…I remember being so close to conquering everyone with Richard I, then he died…I appointed his son (me) as successor, and half of my governors rebelled <_<
I threw the controller in disgust and that was the last time I played it :P
