First question! I
I agree, more characters should gain soldiers, and that some characters should and shouldn’t gain soldiers ( I agree on Pang Tong staying). Guan Ping, Liu Feng, Zhou Cang, those types should gain soldiers.
Also, I noticed Guan Suo is on the Destiny of an Editor. Is there a way to make him recruitable in Wei? He would be cool, at a set soldier amount (like 20020 or something)

Guan Ping, Liu Feng, and others like them already receive level-ups. I’m actually wondering about folks like Zhou Yu and Xiahou Dun! It would be interesting to go into Wei with an oddly mixed party. I can think of some scenarios in which it would make the game easier, but it is already going to be fairly tough as it is.
What do you think?

|regretOf these I only know "civilization " (its code is CEBF). I would be willing to bet, for example, that "insurrectionists " is CEBE, one lower.
However, then there’s " civilization " (probably 9EBE) or " civilization" (~BEBE) or "civilization" (FE9E).
These are all just mildly educated guesses – I know the other table a bit better.
