Yea I know about Fa Zheng, the 90 percentile for his INT just jumped out at me. But in the spirit of making this version harder, it’s all good.
About Liu Kui / Liu Gui, wasn’t he a civil officer? In the older RTK’s he was a generic civil officer I think.
I see Liu Xun got a makeover too. Those soldier amounts look high for Shu but that was clearly one of the easier areas so it was all much needed. But yea, the old Li Yan at 120 STR and sub 100 INT didn’t cut it.

I was going to put Fa Zheng into the higher 230s but I did not want to take away Zhou Yu

I don’t know where Pang Tong’s dialogue is – I didn’t even remember him having much to speak of!
Your best bet might be to find a sample of something unique-ish he says, add the appropriate words to your dictionary (going off the values I posted before) and search for those. Otherwise, I can take a look tomorrow.
I remember his opening line was

I don’t have enough knowledge of the context to build up my table any more… but here’s what I’ve got so far.
I tried generating tables from my knowledge of some values, but they seem to jump around a bit. They increase over the set of words, but sometimes by 2 or 3, it seems.
Awesome! Now I just need to finish the game and get to that point so I can test the text and replace it with Wangquivalents.

Interesting. Well Niahak mentioned a while back it might be nice to see Jia Xu in the Yuan Shu realm. Maybe replace Lu Fan and have Lu Fan replace Liang Ji? Maybe Sun Ce and Sun Jian could find a place into Yuan Shu’s army too. That’s all I can think of for now.

I was thinking about Sun Jian, but the timeline is all messed up.
It would have been funny to take Sun Jian into battle against his son, Sun Quan
