So I know @DragonAtma knows this game.
I used some of my DOAE hacking knowledge to figure out how to add more bonus points to a character.

So in the normal game the maximum bonus roll is 29 to add to character stats and the odds of rolling that are somewhere between slim and none.
Tired of rolling over and over trying to get 15+ bonus points?
How would you like a Lord or Ninja at level 1? How would you like 55 bonus points for your character?
Here’s how to do it. Open Wizardry in the FCEUX emulator –> http://fceux.com/web/download.html
In the top menu, select Debug–>Debugger
On the right side, ADD a breakpoint.
In both address fields put in 9CF1 and click on the “Execute” box.
Run the game and create a character. Right before the “bonus roll” screen the game will stop. Open the debugger and you will see it is stopped on this line:
>06:9CF1: 8D 5B 02 STA $025B = #$00
In the box that says “A:” put in “3A” (this is 55 in hex) then click “Run”.
Boom you have 55 bonus points to play with. Of course you can change the number but if you go too high you won’t be able to create the character as your stats will be maxed out and you’ll have leftover bonus points.
