ModeratorYa I think I'd prefer not having a TP gain item. I think it would make some battles too easy.

ModeratorTP gain items are more than doable; just don't make them abusable. Some ideas:
* Include a holdable that raises an officer's gain-TP-on-defend.
* Include a holdable with a low (say, 1/4) chance of regaining 1 TP every turn in a castle battle.
* Include a holdable that provides some TP regain every time the officer KOs a non-force enemy.
* Include a holdable that lowers the price of every tactic by 1 TP.
* Include a holdable that regains 2 TP every time the unit is affected by an enemy tactic.
Who says they have to be consumables!?

ModeratorIt's a tool assisted speed run. Pretty much impossible to do in real life. I'd imagine the fastest you could do a human one is 3-4 hours or so.

– "Duel" Tactic (replaces Shui Jian)
– "Charge" Tactic (replaces Cheng Nei)
– "Protect" Tactic (combines Wuo Jian, Shui Jian, and Cheng Nei)
– Enhanced "An Sha" tactic
– Level/soldier based damage for tactics
– Guard tactic only defends against physical attacks
– "Defend" halves physical and tactic damage and gains TP

Flame (targets one enemy)
Blaze (targets all enemies)
Powder (targets one enemy)
Water Tactics:
Flood (targets all enemies)
Torrent (targets one enemy)
Tsunami (targets all enemies)
Arrow (Agility Based) Tactics:
Arrows (targets all enemies)
X-Bows (targets all enemies)
Strength Based Tactics:
Boulder (targets one enemy)
Catapult (targets one enemy)
Ambush (targets one enemy)
Charge (critical hit)
Heal Tactics:
Heal (targets one ally)
Salve (stronger heal that targets one ally)
Recover (targets all allies)

– There is no tactician. Each officer uses their own tactics.

Moderator*Okay, opening sequence, existence is spelled existance
*prepare is spelled preapare by Zhan Shi Ping
*You need a greater differential in stats between cui jun and cui juye. One is obviously outflanking the other in terms of stats and since all you need to do is walk over to Ye to get Chen lin, Cui Juye is pointless in keeping in the party unless he starts w/ a much higher STR or soldier count.
*In Tia Men Xia a guy says "The leader of the Yellow Turbans rebels…"
*Perhaps learn protect 1 level sooner as I had to do an awful lot of grinding and I easily beat Zhang Jue w/out Protect by the time I got it in terms of $ and soldier strength.
*The dumb guys have almost no advantage over weak smart guys w/ tactic regeneration now. Ie: Liu Pi vs. Hang Meng… Liu has tactics + can regnerate TP w/ same soldiers, Hang Meng has 0 tactics, can't regenerate TP and has the same soldiers as Liu Pi. Maybe give these 0 tactics and 0 TP regen guys slightly greater soldier counts? Not sure.
*Your soldier bars changed colors to Orange from Pink and they weren't even long…
*After the yellow scarves, himiko in the throne room says Marshall w/ two l's… isn't Marshall's a clothing store?

ParticipantI agree with many of the sentiments of sonic.penguin, though I recall the early changing of Pink to Yellow, myself.
I really like different stat based Tactics, it adds variety and spice. Boulder and Arrows are pretty neat ideas. I had a question though. Can they fail like an Intelligence based tactic?
