Just conquered the game, and it was a fantastic mod overall. Letting officers using their own tactics proved quite useful since it allowed me to use Evade and Thwart at the same time, always gave me the initiative. The Agility Based Multi-attacks and 8 tactics functions were very interesting too, sometimes one of my generals could attack three times in one turn which shocked the enemies.
What's the meaning of Zenbuto? Is it likely the same as Zanmato of FFX or something?
Hopefully many improvements in next releases so I can enjoy it again :huohu:

Hehe I've done this title screen hacking a few years ago (maybe sometimes in 2009). It was the only so-called hacking tutorial I could do by that time. Good job revealing it, lud.

I think you got it right, sonic. The 439 soldier Lu Bu that I recruited also betrayed me when I first met Yuan Shao on the bridge. Although I made him encounterable in somewhere like Shu and JingZhou after got rid of Yuan Shao, it appears that I cannot run across him anymore. I wonder if I were to destroy Yuan Shao before the moment I recruit him, would he still be there waiting for me?

Has anybody any idea how to recruit Lu Bu after his last battle that takes place in Shu ( the one with 7003 soldiers )? I tried to add some recruitment events behind his text but all I received was a Pirate. I also set him recruitable in DoaEditor newest version but this particular Lu Bu doesn't come from any castle so it didn't work.
I was able to convince the Lu Bu who has the total amount of 439 soldiers to join me after a random battle ( just testing the new recruitment feature ) thanks to Niahak. But it seemed the Lu Bu with 1440 soldiers doesn't appear in a random battle after I fought him at Ji Zhou ( with Yuan Shao ).

That's really good to hear. I assume this is a good chance for us to have a basic look with DoaE2 hacks so we can advance more in near future.

Yeah thank you, if you don't have a save state right now, please use game genie walk through walls and No Random Encounters to get there without effort

About item placements, it seems that I can find all the items values that lie within boxes in hex editor, but when I search for items that are placed outside boxes, it happened that I couldn't find where they are. For expamle, I read your guide and I know the values of Dead Wood and put them into search frame but they didn't appear in hex editor. I tried a number of box-items and they worked out perfectly except the likes of Dead Wood.
And here the values for Dead Wood I put on, please see if I am to be mistaken.
