So the secret revealed, I assume what Meteorstrike said was correct that this PinkLeo has no effect at all, even Wildbill didn't know where to find it.
I remember seeing the warp codes on gamefaqs too but did not pay enough attention to them.

As for the second, I think it depends on story-line and you cannot pass unless, for i.e, you've defeated Sima Yi or speak to the old man that knows the secret earlier. That's all I guess.
I agree that there are many items still not uncovered in this game. Even I completed the quest of discovering the locations of the ultimate weapons, there's still one more thing I cannot accomplish, the PinkLeo thing.
