I'm seeing 8 if I know enough tactics in the Yuan Shao mod that was patched with the IPS patch. What level are you on when you check and how smart is the general you are checking for?
OK OK I see it now. I used one of my Yuan Shao save states on the IPS patch only version. Only shows 6 tactics. I must have forgot to bring some change over. Lemme fix.
Fix is:
0x3b74b: "05" -> "07"
Looks like you had already found this once before. I'll make sure this change is in the guide and the next IPS patch.

also, you forgot to change the Salve tactic over to slot 2 again.
changing 05 to 07 worked as well

The problem is that in my IPS.nes file when I have it set to "02" and create the IPS patch, there is no change made when patching since "02" matches the original DoaE. So if you applied the 'bad' patch before and it got set to "03", you'll have to manually fix it as the IPS patch won't touch that spot (since it doesn't differ from the original DoaE). Ya…it sux like that.
So in other words, you'll have to manually fix salve to slot 02 and the (new) IPS patch shouldn't touch it after that.
Bug on haste… it uses it on an opposing person and is kind of random… did you test this thing ? lol. It happens, will manually change that one.
I have haste targeting all allies. Is it not doing that for you?
Did I test it? Yes…but I guess not paying as close attention as you :P
This took some practice for me especially on the Bei Ji tactic as its a little different than attack tactics.
You need to changed 3BB75 from 00 -> 01 That should fix it*

BTW, how much does Haste raise agility? I never looked into it.

Since I haven't seen any new bug reports in a few hours, will upload the "haste" fix version. NOW all known issues are fixed. Until sonic finds something else :)
