I’d put Cao Cao’s war above a normal person like at 60-75 (I remember reading on Kongming long ago that a typical peasant would have stats of around 30 in everything, and that a soldier would be the same, but have a war around 60).
What ticks me off are those officers with "legendary" horses: Cao Cao, Zhuge Liang (how can he escape with a fucking wheel chair!?), Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Lu Bu. So goddamned annoying to just keep chasing them until they have no cities left to escape to.
