I can do that for the shot of my party, but since I already fought the battle, there’s nothing I can do about those photos.

I take it then that you only have a save after Sima Yi?s defeat?
Will this do? I don’t think I can do any better, and yes…I only have a save after Sima’s death.

I plan to. And after I publish the contest to Kongming?s Archives, anybody else that completes the challenge will be added as well, with a few screenshots of their accomplishment. :)

Also, if I may offer advice about the final Sima Yi fight…this is what I did.
Round 1 (after Gui Huan’ing back, then gullwinging to Xu Zhou, and healing up at Chen Castle)
Cao Zhang = Attack Sima Yi
Zhang Bao = Attack Sima Yi
Zhao Yun = Bei Ji on Cao Zhang
Ma Chao = Attack Sima Yi
Lu Xun = Ce Mian
If all goes well, and Ce Mian doesn’t wear off, here’s round 2
Cao Zhang = Attack Sima Yi
Zhang Bao = Attack Sima Yi
Zhao Yun = Huo Shen
Ma Chao = Bei Ji on Zhang Bao
Lu Xun = Huo Shen
However, if Ce Mian wears off in one turn, Lu Xun MUST use Ce Mian again, but this time, Cao Zhang, Zhang Bao, Zhao Yun, and Ma Chao attack Sima Yi, giving me an extra attack.
Round 3 (barring Ce Mian wearing off) *In my case, I got extremely lucky and Ce Mian didn’t wear off until I had Sima Yi under 4000 soldiers*
Cao Zhang = Attack
Zhang Bao = Attack
Zhao Yun = Attack (Heal if necessary with Jin Xian)
Ma Chao = Attack
Lu Xun = Huo Shen or Bei Ji on Ma Chao
That was the process. You probably won’t get as lucky as I did, but if you play it right, you SHOULD have just enough TP to outlast Sima Yi. Make sure you leave around 20-30 TP after eliminating Sima Yi, so that you may heal against the rest of them.

Huo Hu's Adventure started Destiny of an Emperor hackingWell, well. Has it really been that long since someone attempted this? I just won the battle against Zhou You, and have over 60,000 gold, largely due to the fact that I’ve been extremely frugal with weaponry. In fact, all my characters still have the padded armor and hood helmet for a total of 85 defense, the same as they have for nearly the whole game. Thanks to resurrects and Ji Rhou (increases defense), they’ve been able to hold out well. As for weapons, I only used the weapons you pick up- I have yet to purchase them in a shop. I even managed to evade the final fight with Lu Bu by using smoke pots throughout the entire Jingzhou area (I spent a few thousand on them, admittedly :(). Overall, it hasn’t been that hard so far, and I haven’t had to restart many battles. I didn’t even get Pang Tong, and I haven’t and don’t plan to use any power pills, nor have I fought any random encounters besides the one to get Han Zong to attack the Yellow Turbans from behind the castle (like 7 exp., shouldn’t affect the final party level). If anything, doing this challenge has forced me to play around with more tactics, as well as shown me how well I can play the game. However, I fear the final section of Wei. The Sima Yi battles may be a real nightmare. I’ll post more if something else big occurs, and I can’t wait to beat it so I can be listed among the few elite on Kongming.net to actually do such a crazy thing.

Well it sounds like all is well in your journey so far. The Sima Yi battles are the toughest…
You really bought Smoke Pots all the way through the Shu region? That had to of been expensive, having to do the Ore and Blacksmith stuff too.

I found some of the Wu battles to be extremely challenging too.
(Remember to keep a save right before Sima Yi to be listed at KMA. I will need a screenshot in PNG or BMP format [so there is no loss] to feature you there!)
You’re right XZX…some of the Wu battles are really bad, though Zhou Yu’s was one. I think I had the most trouble with Po Yang…Lots of good tacticians, a Ji Rou user (Chen Pu) and Wan Fu (Zhang Zhao).
