I keep Zhang Bao in because of the extra HP. Gives me a 2nd guy to take hits while Jiang Wei uses tactics, plus having Lu Xun around to use tactics as well helps big time :)

I considered it, but decided on Lu Xun because he had more soldiers and a better physical attack. The next target is probably either Wang Can or Cao Zhang. Wang Can only getting consideration because of good intelligence and high high soldiers :P
I could technically forego Cao Zhang and Wang Can, go back to Wu, and pick up Zhou Yu so that I can use both Jiang Wei and Zhuge Liang against Sima Yi ;)

Party Going into Battle w/Sima Family
Whoa…I just An Sha’ed Sima Zhao and Sima Shi with Lu Xun and Zhuge Liang in two turns. Maybe we have a chance against Sima Yi.
I stand corrected…I used Gui Huan to retreat back to Jian Ye. I’m going to use up the last of my recruit privledges…either Cao Zhang or Chen Qun will get the call, depends on who I run into :P
EDIT: Damn it all…I always run into Wang Can and Xu Huang. I’m not running into Cao Zhang when I need him. I don’t want to have to settle on someone else. If I can’t find him soon, I’m just going back to Sima Yi with my party as is.
The hell with it. I’m gonna recruit either Taishi Ci or the first significant Wei guy to come across me.

I?ve been thinking about creating a page for this little challenge. Do you have the ability to take some screenshots of the final battle and your final status screen at the regular size and format, in PNG or BMP (like lordyuanshu and myself have done)? It would make it much easier to put them in PNG format for display on the challenge to show you as one of the people who have completed it?especially neat as you have played a variation of the challenge.
Sorry, I already played the final battle, and don’t have any screens from that, so I cannot show what it took for me to win…and I don’t know if I can find a way to take shots without taking the emulator picture out of it.
I will say this about the Sima Yi battle. I got EXTREMELY lucky to eliminate Sima Yi with 3 Ce Mian’s and Bei Ji on Cao Zhang and the rest.
I can however, put the pictures somewhere, maybe in a Yahoo briefcase, and direct link to them or something.

Surely all those could be converted to png format…since BMP format takes up way too much space :p

You can set it to display the video at its true size (it should be roughly the size of the screenshots taken by lordyuanshu and myself) without any sort of smoothing or other graphics effects. You?ll notice that the screenshots taken from your emulator are larger than usual (normally not a bad thing in and of itself), and that the otherwise blocky characters and text have smoother edges than usual.
